The following Internet Explorer security settings must be enabled: -
One accessibility feature, a text-to-speech engine called "FreeSpeech", is supplied as a downloadable Verisigned ActiveX component. The learner is only prompted to download this component if they choose to enable the FreeSpeech feature in the course accessibility options. In order to make full use of this feature, the learner may also be prompted with an automated download of the Microsoft VB Runtime files from the Microsoft web site, and be given the option of downloading the latest version of Microsoft SAPI which is the speech engine that FreeSpeech relies upon.
